Terms
Who it is for. Munkey Finance, at munkeyfinance.com, is for people preparing for the FRM® exam and for those who help them: students, mentors, community members and recruiters. By joining you agree to these terms. One person, one account; your email is your account.
Your account. You sign in with a link we email you, or with Google; there is no password. You may register three devices — a laptop, a phone, a tablet — and one is signed in at a time; you change them in Settings. Your alias is shown to other members; your legal name is not. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Subscriptions. What a subscription includes, what it costs and how refunds work will be set out here before payments open.
Credits. Credits are a balance you use only on this site — on doubts, in the shop, for sessions. They are not money: they cannot be moved off the site, and they are not paid out in cash.
What is ours. The lectures, the notes, the practice questions and their solutions, the site's design and code, and the Munkey Finance name. You may use them on the site while your account is open. You may not download, copy, record, print, share or resell them; the site's watermarks and device limits are there to enforce this, and a breach may end the account.
What is yours. What you write, draw and upload — posts, comments, doubts and answers, canvases, notes you sell, reviews, job posts — stays yours. You let us show it to members on the site, and, for what you sell in the shop, let its buyers use it on the site.
What you may upload. Only what you made yourself or have the right to share. Do not upload other people's study material — commercial exam-prep notes, books, question banks, or GARP's own readings and practice exams — or anything else that copies someone's work without their permission.
If something here copies your work. Write to hello@munkeyfinance.com with the link to it, what it copies, and that you own the work or act for whoever does. We take it down, tell the member who posted it, and close the accounts of members who do it again. The same address is for any complaint about something on the site.
How members behave. Be kind and on topic, and report what is not; staff may remove posts and limit or close accounts that harm others. Slurs, abuse and threats are refused as they are typed ("You can't say that here"), and refusals are counted against the account.
GARP. GARP® does not endorse, promote, review, or warrant the accuracy of the products or services offered by Munkey Finance of FRM®-related information, nor does it endorse any pass rates claimed by the provider. Further, GARP® is not responsible for any fees or costs paid by the user to Munkey Finance. FRM®, GARP® and Global Association of Risk Professionals™ are trademarks owned by the Global Association of Risk Professionals, Inc.
